Personal data we collect
We collect information submitted through company inquiries and creator applications, including names, contact and organisation details, social profiles, audience information, commercial preferences, consent records, submission time and technical information such as IP address. We do not collect identity documents in the initial application.
Purposes of processing
We process data to respond to inquiries, review applications, operate the Creator Network, contact potential creators about campaigns, prepare contracts, prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, and operate the service securely.
Service providers and processors
We use Netlify, Inc. to host the site and receive and store forms. Once configured, we may use Google LLC and Google Sheets to organise submission data. These providers process data under their applicable terms as our vendors or processors.
Sharing with third parties
We do not disclose personal data except with consent, where required by law, or to vendors needed to operate the service. Before information is shared with a brand for a campaign, we will explain the relevant purpose and scope.
International transfers
Our business is based in the UAE. Netlify, Google and other infrastructure providers may process or store information on servers in multiple countries, so data may be transferred outside an applicant’s country of residence.
Retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, contractual or legal requirements, and dispute handling, then delete or anonymise it securely.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to risk, including access controls, environment-based secret management, HTTPS and periodic permission reviews.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Applicable privacy frameworks
Depending on the activity and your circumstances, we consider Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and other applicable rules. This statement does not assert that every listed law applies in every situation.

We may update this policy as our processing or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this site.
